Welcome to our consultation website about our plans to deliver a new business hub at Veridion Park, Veridion Way, Bexley.

Logistics Capital Partners and Invesco are bringing forward plans to redevelop the Veridion Park site into a modern hub for businesses. The proposals would deliver approximately 71,000 square metres of high-quality industrial and logistics space, designed to support a wide range of companies.

The website provides an overview of our proposals and how you can get involved in the consultation process. Your feedback is important and will help shape the plans before we submit a planning application later this year.

About the site

The site on Veridion Way is currently a large area of grassland. It is designated as Strategic Industrial Land (SIL) in the London Plan.

The site also sits within the Thamesmead and Abbey Wood Opportunity Area and benefits from good connections to key roads, including the A2016, A206, and the M25.

The site has strong potential, and its location and designation as Strategic Industrial Land provide a great opportunity to create new, well-designed industrial and logistics space that supports both growing and established businesses, while helping to create new job opportunities for local people.
